REGISTRATION

Price for students (not PhD students) isDKK 250 incl. VAT. Note the following if you want to register as a student:

• Study members of IDA Rail can have the participation fee of DKK 250 refunded by contacting IDA Rail’s stand at the conference.

•It is not possible to register as a student on the day of the conference

•Students must register with the title of student and with a contact email from the university.

The price includes morning coffee, lunch, afternoon coffee and dinner event. The whole event is held at Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center.

The registration is basically binding, but the ticket can possibly. transferred to a person not previously registered until the registration deadline 6 June 2022. Changes are made by contacting secretary@banebranchen.dk

• All public Danish companies must state EAN number when registering. When registering with the EAN number, an invoice is sent from NemTilmeld (https://www.nemtilmeld.dk/) and the amount is paid to NemTilmeld
