The railway is a sustainable mode of transport for the benefit of thousands of passengers and with vital importance for the development of society. Banebranchen seeks to solve the railway’s challenges by:

to train engineers who are specialists in railway technology
to impart knowledge about the challenges and opportunities of the railway
to our members to look after the interests of the Danish railway through information

Once a year, BaneBranchen holds the Danish Railway Conference, which is Scandinavia’s largest railway conference, where industry and politicians meet. In addition, BaneBranchen publishes the magazine Signal, which tells what is going on in the railway sector.
