REGISTRATION

Price for students (not PhD students) is DKK 200 + VAT. Note the following if you want to register as a student:

• Study members of IDA Rail can have the participation fee of DKK 250 (VAT included) refunded by contacting IDA Rail’s stand at the conference.

•It is not possible to register as a student on the day of the conference

•Students must register with the title of student and with a contact email from the university.

The price includes morning coffee, lunch, afternoon coffee and dinner event. The whole event is held at Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center.

The registration is basically binding, but the ticket can possibly be transferred to a person not previously registered until the registration deadline on 17th of May 2024 at 12 mid day. Changes are made by contacting secretary@banebranchen.dk

Note:

• All public Danish companies must state EAN number when registering. When registering with the EAN number, an invoice is sent from NemTilmeld (https://www.nemtilmeld.dk/) and the amount is paid to NemTilmeld
